Turning the page, it looks like your experience at PNC Bank Arts Center will be even better in 2022 …

If you drive the Garden State Parkway frequently, you may have seen large areas of construction near the Arts Center exits. Here’s everything you need to know about the new project …

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority:

The project aims to improve the operation of the PNC’s east-west service road through a reconfiguration that will improve safety by providing conventional right-hand driving. In addition, the intersections with the Garden State Parkway northbound and southbound exit ramps with the east-west PNC service road will be improved. The project will also include improvements to the lane control system, improvements to pavement and parking lot lighting, improvements to ADA for pedestrians and accesses, stormwater management, resurfacing, signage, layout and other ancillary work.

Having a successful large concert hall just yards from the Garden State Parkway, these changes are necessary. The safety of thousands of spectators is the number one priority, whether they are inside or outside the hall. Expect construction to be complete by March / April 2022, just before the start of the new concert season. Have you seen the PNC Bank Arts Center 2022 calendar ??
