SK8 infinity has a new anime project in the works, including a two-part play. It was announced during the “SK8 Masquerade of Love” event that a new SK8 infinity the anime project is currently in the works.
Directed by Hiroko Utsumi and hosted by Bones studio, SK8 infinityThere is an original animated series which premiered earlier this year. Ichirou Okouchi wrote the screenplay, while Ryou Takahashi composed the music. Chiaki Kobayashi and Tasuku Hatanaka are the main characters, Langa and Reki. Additionally, Kensho Ono, Takehito Koyasu, and Miyake Kenta also star in the series.
Set in Okinawa, the show follows a group of skateboarders who compete in secret and intense races at nightfall. The original SK8 infinity The anime ran for a total of 12 episodes from January 10 to April 4, aired on television in Japan and aired via Funimation, AnimeLab, and Wakanim in other territories. A comedy-focused spin-off manga titled SK8 Relax! by Toriyasu launched on January 11. Meanwhile, a manga adaptation of Kazuto Kōjima’s anime premiered on March 5.

SK8 infinity is a much loved and admired anime from studio Bones and the latest announcement for the upcoming series project has been made on their official Twitter account. Studio Bones has also hosted anime like Complete Metal Alchemist and Ouran high school club. More information on the new project should soon be available on the official website.
The two-part play named Sk8 the game is also in production. It is expected to debut in December 2021. The second part of the play will begin in January 2022.
