Jim Jones takes a look at new project ‘Broken Spanglish’

Immediately following the release of his joint project with Maino, “The Lobby Boyz”, Jim Jones is preparing to drop a Spanglish project, mixing his black and Puerto Rican heritage.

The Harlem Native and Global Ambassador shares how easy it is for him to floss people in any language. He already knew he spoke English, broken English, harlem-ese, and now he wants you to pay attention to this new bilingual stream.

He took to social media to share a snippet of one of the songs from the new project with fans.

Drenched in a white teenager and an icy locket made in a coffin, he goes in and out of two tongues with ease.

No one should be shocked. In December 2021, Jones told AllHipHop.com that he was preparing to drop a total of six projects in 2022, making it a big year for the rapper/mogul.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, his new album was released in June, which left many hip-hops scratching their heads when they spotted his rap partner was Brooklyn’s own Maino.

Mr. “Hi Hater” and one of the founding members of the Diplomats had beef, but eventually crushed it when they realized it wasn’t as bad as they once thought.

“We had a Mexican stalemate,” Maino recalled as the show’s hosts burst into laughter. “I was on the escalator going up, Lenox Mall. Jim Jones must have been 30 n##### with him. I had my 80-year-old brother with me, there were four or five of us. I’m going up, and I see these n##### go down, and they see me and I start counting and I’m like ‘Damn, that’s a lot of n#####.’ So I got to the top of the escalator, something said to turn around and the n##### were coming back.

Jim Jones added: “80s and Sheek, Sheek is my OG, similar to how [Maino] and 80 strokes. But they knew each other very well from having been on the street. So at that point they sort of stepped in. They said what they said and it was just somehow me and him walking alone to Bloomingdale’s.

Now, the two celebrated with a summer banger, which is the perfect setup for Jones’ “Broken Spanglish,” which is coming soon.

“Broken Spanglish” will be the rapper’s third release this year. Before “The Lobby Boyz” debuted, he dropped “Gangsta Grillz: We Set the Trends.”
