The countdown to the Munich motor show continues as Porsche releases new details on its “futuristic” concept.
Scheduled to debut on September 6 at 9:00 a.m. ET (3:00 p.m. CEST), the Mystery Model is billed as a “future-oriented concept study” that provides a glimpse into the future of mobility.
That brings us to the latest teasers, including one that shows the backside. Although we only have a preview of the car, the model will feature a stylish LED brake light with 3D “Porsche” lettering. We can also see what appears to be a subtle spoiler and bumper with wording starting with “M”.

It’s not much, but it’s a bit more revealing than the previous teaser that showed off the concept’s hood and minimalist headlights. The company also hinted, “Motorsports has always been a catalyst for innovation at Porsche. For more than 70 years now, the Stuttgart sports car maker has taken advantage of this stage to showcase its pioneering spirit, research and development and passion for advanced mobility.
Speaking of motorsport, two-time Le Mans winner Timo Bernhard will be present at the unveiling. The brand ambassador will be joined by Patrick Dempsey, who has also raced but is best known for playing Derek Shepherd – Dr. McDreamy – in Grey’s Anatomy.
In other Munich news, Porsche revealed that they will have an exhibition at Wittelsbacher Platz in the Maxvorstadt district. It will feature realistic driving simulators as well as testing of Taycan and e-bikes.
